Lifetime Exchange Policy

Bonded diamonds can be exchanged at anytime (i.e. downgrade, upgrade, shape change etc).  Annual appreciation has been averaging about 6.25% on fully bonded diamonds.

Breakage Protection

For the life of the diamond, it is guaranteed from chips, breakage, nicks etc.  Fully bonded diamonds are 100% natural - no laser drilling, fracture filling, heat treatment, coating etc.  Remember, diamonds are the hardest natural material known to man, only another diamond can scatch another, but they're not the toughest!  They can chip or break with a hard enough blow.  If you bust your stone we will replace it.  One bust per customer.

    

Lifetime Buyback Policy

For the life of the diamond, buyers are guaranteed 100% liquidity.  At anytime in the future you can sell your diamond back to us for what you paid for it.

Market Crash Protection

Bonded diamonds are protected against a diamond market crash.  In the unlikely event the diamond market crashes, we will refund the difference between what you paid & the new market value.
