Delivery Policy
After you have placed your order, we will begin the process of ordering your rare diamond. Your diamond(s) may be in stock ready to ship immediately, however because River Oak Diamonds only sell the very finest cut diamonds in the world, it is possible you may have to wait up to 8 weeks for your diamond(s) to arrive.
Once we receive your rare diamond from our manufacturer, we will package it appropriately and it will be delivered to you via Royal Mail Insured Special Delivery. For added  security, we require all packages sent by River Oak Diamonds to be signed for, so please make sure there is someone available at the delivery destination to sign for the package. Please be advised to check and inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing for receipt.
