UK Royal Mail Special Delivery
All UK orders placed before 3pm (Monday to Friday) are sent next day recorded, via Royal Mail Special Delivery to arrive by 1pm. This is a signed for and trackable service to give you peace of mind your package will arrive on time. If no-one is available to take collection of your package, Royal Mail will arrange a time suitable with yourself for re-delivery or it will remain at their local depot for you to collect at your convenience.
Orders placed on Saturday will be posted Monday to be delivered Tuesday.
For high value items such as diamonds and diamond jewellery, we may use FedEx to deliver your package. Upon ordering, we will notify you of our delivery/courier.

Diamond Jewellery Delivery
All of our upscale diamond jewellery is made to order, especially for you. Nothing ‘Off The Shelf’. Delivery or collection in-store of your finished piece of jewellery is approximately 2 to 6 weeks. We will keep you informed every step of the way.
BB Becker Delivery
We have most BB Becker pieces available in our showroom to ship immediately or collect in-store. However, if your chosen piece is not available, we will order it from the manufacturer in the US. In this instance, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of you item of BB Becker jewellery. We will always notify you first regarding availability.
